Kore.ai offers simple usage based pricing at a per conversation level.

A conversation begins when there is any interaction between a user and the XO Platform. A conversation ends when there is 15 minutes of inactivity. If the interaction begins again, it is considered a new conversation for billing.

Any proactive notifications sent by the Virtual Assistant to end-users are also considered a conversation.

For custom pricing by session or per request, contact us and our enterprise team can help.

Yes. Development will always be free to use you don’t get billed until you publish and deploy your bot in one or more channels and only the conversations that happen through those channels will count for billing.

We also credit your account with $500 when you open it, so the first $500 worth of conversations in on us when used within 90 days!

As the volume of conversations are usually unpredictable, we have a convenient account recharge system to help facilitate continuous operations.

Once your free $500 credit is used up, you can re-charge your account with any amount you choose to use. Usage is then debited from your account balance on a daily basis. Once the balance reaches a set low balance threshold, the account is automatically recharged with a pre-set amount that you control.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Contact us to know more about payment options for the Enterprise Plan.
