WorkAssist API’s integration can be done with enterprise applications, on-premise systems, legacy IVR systems, and RPA tools. WorkAssist also supports API request chaining and uses pre-built or custom processors to manipulate data collected in a user session before, during, and after an API request is made to a web service.
