As a Service and Support Specialist at Kore, you will ensure that our customers are delighted with our customer service and ensure they are successfully using Kore. You will play a key role in the company keeping Kore’s customers happy. Role: Solution Architect
The Solutions Architect (SA) is a part of the Professional Services organisation of Kore.ai and the primary technical SME for the overall definition, delivery and planning of Kore platform implementation and integration for various clients in the EMEA region. SA will serve as a liaison between Kore and the clients to ensure the solution architecture is defined as per client’s infrastructure requirements and all requirements are timely deployed accordingly.
