  • We are looking for dynamic and aggressive Inside sales and Demand gen professionals.
  • Candidates should have worked in leading enterprise software product/services, startup companies, Large and Mid-Tier Global IT services companies.

POSITION / TITLE – Customer Champion Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Kore.ai, you will ensure that the perception of the Kore.ai support for the customers and their developers is positive. You will need to engage with customers for periodic feedback exchange, showcase the cases where prompt and out of the way support was provided, and get feedback from their end to communicate to the Kore.ai support and technical leadership. You will also need to project possible customer dissatisfaction to the Kore.ai leadership and furnish your findings with data. You will also be expected to be able to track customer tickets, tasks, produce reports, and ensure that the customers are getting their problems resolved and are satisfied in a timely manner. Your skills will be directly impacting customer satisfaction and delight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the Kore.ai support process in depth.
  • Flag tickets or enhancements which are not being addressed.
  • Be single point of contact for assigned customers on behalf of the support team.
  • Conduct and facilitate periodic meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure the tickets get traction.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with the customers assigned to ensure the support team is represented in good light
  • Help set the expectations with customer while empathizing with customers.
  • Build a positive perception of the support team with the customers.
  • Capture customer concerns and address them in working with internal stakeholders
  • Keep a track of all the issues and features reported by assigned customers

POSITION / TITLE – Customer Manager – Product Support

As a Customer Engagement Manager at Kore.ai, you will ensure that the perception of the Kore.ai support for the customers and their developers is positive. You will need to engage with customers for periodic feedback exchange, showcase the cases where prompt and out of the way support was provided, and get feedback from their end to communicate to the Kore.ai support and technical leadership. POSITION / TITLE: DEVOPS LEAD  

This role will require you to work closely with the Engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems. This includes setting up monitoring solutions, configuring and adding new servers/services periodically, and maintaining existing and future custom application code and configuration. This role will require you to work closely with the Engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems. He/She will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers and securing contracts, as  well as managing and expanding our existing customer base to achieve sales targets. He/She will drive  the entire sales cycle from a qualified lead to a closed sale. They will work internally with support from  business development, sales engineers, and other sales support teams to identify and communicate  Kore.ai’s portfolio of technology and solutions to meet customers’ business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Actively identify new customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media,  that can benefit from the company’s product or service. 
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to better understand customer pain points, so you can offer  solutions to specifically address those business needs. 
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified new business and existing customer base growth opportunities equal  to or above four times your annual quota to ensure ability to meet your goals. 
  • Articulate Kore.ai’s platform, solutions, features, differentiators and the expected ROI to prospects via  calls, emails, demonstrations and sales meetings, to various audiences, which can include Business Unit  leaders, CXOs and Engineers. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners to  further identify opportunities to expand Kore.ai’s business footprint within those relationships. 
  • Utilize CRM system to effectively track and report sales activity on your pipeline.
  • Effectively map new prospect organizations to identify the targeted buyers and decision makers. 
  • Develop and deliver targeted presentations for prospects which include industry trends, financial data  and case studies. 
  • Prepare for navigating potential objections from the customer and be able to negotiate a deal to  close. 
  • Create proposals and collaborate with RFx Team for responses to RFI/RFP documents. 
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans that outline how you will meet sales targets on an  ongoing basis. 
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends. 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

About the Role:

ROLE / TITLE: Midmarket Account Executive -Cable, Media, and Technology/Western States 

As a Mid-Market Account Executive for the company, you will be responsible for identifying viable leads,  qualifying prospects, and acquiring new business to meet and exceed established revenue goals. Sales  experience in SaaS, cloud-based technologies and/or AI sales is desired. Selling into financial services or  retail organizations is highly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Generate a pipeline and closed/won business for the assigned territory in cable, media, and  technology mid-market (<$500M revenue accounts) 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inception to close by following Kore.ai’s sales methodology,  achieving target ARR quota

ROLE / TITLE: IT Help Desk 

We are hiring an in-office IT Help Desk associate for our Orlando office. Our IT Help Desk will assist  internal customers with both Windows and Mac laptops so should have a good understanding of both. 

You will be hands-on alongside our full-time team making improvements to our office environment,  updating physical and virtual office tools, providing tech support across all departments, and  documenting internal IT Support solutions. 

Our IT Help Desk associate has a can-do attitude, is a collaborative problem solver who enjoys helping  people. About You

  • Have experience working on Windows and Mac laptops and peripherals
