Kore.ai uses the latest cipher suites to encrypt all the data during transfer between its client channels and the server. Application data at rest is encrypted using FIPS 140-2 recommended AES-265-CBC algorithms. On the cloud, HSM managed cryptographic keys are used for encryption. Kore.ai implements standard encryption best practices like using 16-byte random initialization vectors (IV), 2 – key method, key rotation, and followed secure software development life cycle and external penetration testing process as per industry standards.

How much coding is required to use the solutions?

Depending on which service providers you use for your banking products, little to no hard coding is required to get you up and running on the solution. The solution WorkBench is an easy to use tool that non technologically savvy users can use to configure the Assistant, add FAQs, modify assistant responses, and set all of your branding requirements and ongoing marketing programs.

How easy is it for me to make changes once I have deployed a solution?

Making changes in the Banking Assistant and deploying the solution is a matter of a few clicks. Changes to configurations, assistant responses, branding, and marketing are made and tested through the Solution WorkBench and then deployed into production. There is no need for a technology release, your Administrator can promote items to production at any time.

How are the solutions trained?

Our training methodologies are powered by 3 proprietary engines (Machine Learning, Fundamental Meaning, and Ontology Knowledge Graph) resulting in smarter assistants. In addition, our banking assistant understands customer sentiments, can easily switch between different contexts, and even engages in small-talk making it a human-like banking experience, just as your agents would provide.

What hosting and deployment options are available?

Kore.ai’s Platform can be hosted in the Cloud, On-premise, or in a mixed (Hybrid) environment. For a Kore.ai cloud-based deployment, the Kore.ai Bots Platform operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, though we’ve also proven deployment on Microsoft Azure for specific customers.
