Kore.ai has developed partnerships with software vendors, system integrators (SIs) and resellers to help customers successfully define, build and deploy chatbots at enterprise scale, for the most critical use cases and systems.
Kore.ai has a strategic global OEM and go-to-market (GTM) partnership with SAP, which includes the Kore.ai Bots Platform being recognized as an SAP “Preferred Partner Solution” and SAP-certified. Kore.ai and SAP’s co-innovation lab also developed bots for the major SAP applications, giving SAP customers a faster path to success. From a GTM stance, Kore.ai and SAP share and develop pipeline through a program that incentivizes joint sales.
Kore.ai will soon be a Cisco Global Solution Provider. In February 2017, Kore.ai added Cisco Spark as a supported channel for bots built on the Platform, and the companies are working together to joint test and publish a segment of Kore.ai’s pre-built bots to the Spark Depot later this month. The companies are defining a joint approach to market and are already collaborating at several strategic accounts.
Workplace by Facebook
At the 2017 Facebook F8 event, Kore.ai’s Bots Platform was announced as a platform that Facebook recommended to their community for the creation and integration of bots for Workplace.
Other Partnerships – Since the end of 2016, Kore.ai also began to partner with several major SIs, allowing them to work with SIs on joint GTM activities and customer-specific bot development and implementation. Kore.ai also has relationships with SAP, Cisco, Facebook, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, and many of Independent Software Vendors.
