Kore.ai now has over 150 people. Approximately 90% of the people on Kore.ai’s team hold engineering, R&D, product and customer-facing implementation, service and support roles, and have been with Kore.ai since the company’s inception.
The engineering and product teams are organized around major platform areas such as the channel connectors, message middleware, bots connectors, NLP, platform intelligence, enterprise integrations, process flow engine, bot builder, and underlying enterprise services. Kore.ai also has a separate team creating our commercialized bots, including both the pre-built Smart Bots and the +150 out-of-the-box chatbots in our Kore.ai Bot Store.
In addition to our development organization, we have Professional Services and Solution Engineering teams working directly with customers to advise and/or build chatbots for their workforce and customer-facing use cases. The remaining Kore.ai team members are in marketing, sales, alliances, finance, and HR roles.
