The Kore.ai Bots Platform allows you to build bots that can mix in form-based UIs (and other types of UIs) for when complex entity input is required, or for when a UI makes more sense. For conversations that involve complex data collection, the bot can offer a link to a custom form that can be quickly used to enter the required data if preferred by the user.
This is the default behavior, and can be fully customized by the developer to decide if and when this form-based option needs to be made available to the user. As described in the “channels section” above, the Platform also supports building bots that can use custom, channel-specific input widgets to capture user input data – which today can be done in supporting channels with widgets such as Skype, Facebook, and more. The Platform’s mobile and web channel SDKs will also soon have custom input widgets available.
